What is Climate Change?
Climate is the long-term weather pattern in certain regions. It is different from weather, the atmospheric condition of a particular area during a short period.
Therefore, Climate Change is the change in the long-term weather pattern of varying regions in the world

Many scientists claim that there has been a drastic change in the concentration of Carbon Dioxide in Earth's atmosphere over the last century. It is evident in the
difference of the climate's current data from the records from years before where we are now. According to some researchers, natural events cause the continuous rise
of the planet's temperature. Volcanic eruptions, which pollute the environment; the sun's solar activity; water vapor; and clouds are some occurrences and components
that fall under this category. On the other hand, many scientists argue that there is an overwhelming amount of proof that human activities are causing the increase of
Carbon Dioxide content in Earth's atmosphere.

Let us take a moment to reflect and realize that it doesn't matter it's human activities or natural events are the cause of the rise in Earth's land and ocean temperatures.
Climate Change itself is the real problem; it's real, and it's affecting everyone and everything on our only planet. Even though it is crucial to understand and know the cause
of this change, it's more significant to learn how to prevent the deterioration of our planet because of Climate Change.

This website aims to answer the questions:
"What are the causes of Climate Change?"
"What are its effects and pieces of evidences?"
"Who are organizations that focus on monitoring the changes of the global temperature?"
"How can each one of us contribute in saving our planet?".

In the paragraphs above, you encountered the phrases, "drastic change in the concentration of Carbon Dioxide in Earth's atmosphere over the last century," and "rise of Earth's land
and ocean temperature" These two phrases have something to do with terms Greenhouse Effect and Global Warming. Sounds familiar? These two terms are always associated with
Climate Change, and we will discuss them further in this website.
